​1 clove Garlic, finely minced
​1 medium Carrot, grated
​30g (1 oz) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
​250g (9 oz) Ground beef or turkey (rolled into small, bite-sized meatballs)
​1 tbsp Olive oil or butter
​Seasoning: Salt, black pepper, and a pinch of dried oregano or onion powder
​Optional: Fresh parsley for a garnish

​Preparation Steps

​1. Sauté the Base
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated carrots. Sauté for approximately 2 minutes until the carrots are tender and the garlic is fragrant.
​2. Cook the Meatballs
Move the vegetables to the edge of the pan and place the small meatballs in the center. Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. Sear for 5–6 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are golden brown and fully cooked.

Mix the meatballs and carrots together in the pan. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the mixture.
