Cheesy Garlic Butter Sliders
Yields: 9-12 rolls | Prep time: 15 min | Bake time: 15-20 min
Ingredients
The Base:1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls or dinner rolls
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
½ cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup Grated Parmesan
The Garlic Butter Glaze:
4 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped
½ tsp Garlic powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare the Oven and Pan:Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a square baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the Rolls:
Place the rolls in the baking dish, keeping them close together so they rise upward. For an extra cheesy experience, you can slice the rolls halfway through the top to let the butter seep inside.
Apply the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with about two-thirds of the mixture.
The Cheese Topping:
Mix the Mozzarella and Cheddar together. Pile the cheese high on top of each roll. Don't worry if some falls into the cracks; this creates the "pull-apart" effect. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the very top for a salty, golden crust.
Bake to Perfection:
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and has those distinct golden-brown toasted spots seen in the photo.
Final Touch:
Remove from the oven and immediately brush the remaining garlic butter over the hot cheese for a glossy, professional finish. Serve warm.
Pro Tips for Best Results
The Crust: To get the exact look in the photo, use "low-moisture" Mozzarella; it browns more evenly than fresh mozzarella.
The Interior: If you want a surprise, stuff a small cube of mozzarella inside each roll before baking.
Variety: For a kick, add a pinch of red chili flakes to the butter glaze.
