​Crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower

 


Ingredients:

​Main: 1 medium head of cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets).
​The Coating: 2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil).
​The Seasoning Mix:
​1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
​1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch).
​1 tsp garlic powder.
​1 tsp onion powder.
​1 tsp smoked paprika (for color and flavor).
​1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
​Garnish: Fresh chopped parsley.

​Instructions:

​Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash the cauliflower florets and pat them dry completely with a kitchen towel. (Dryness is the secret to crispiness).
​Oil & Season: In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
​Add the Crunch: In a separate small bowl, mix the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and spices. Sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower and toss until every piece is well-coated.
​Air Fry: * Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
​Place the florets in the basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
​Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
​Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot.
​For the Dipping Sauce (as shown in the picture):
​Ingredients: 3 tbsp Mayonnaise + 1 tbsp Sriracha (or hot sauce) + 1 tsp Honey + a squeeze of Lemon juice.
​Method: Whisk everything together in a small bowl until smooth.
