1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups water
4 cups whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter (melted)

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Cook the Rice
