🛒 Ingredients

1 kg chicken wings (cleaned and patted dry)
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
For the Crispy Fries:
4 large potatoes (cut into wedges)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
For the Fresh Salad:
Mixed salad greens (lettuce, arugula, etc.)
1 cucumber (sliced)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
½ red onion (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, brown sugar, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
Add the chicken wings and coat well.
Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
2. Cook the Wings
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Arrange wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and sticky.
Optional: Broil for 3–5 minutes for extra caramelization.
3. Make the Crispy Fries
Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Spread evenly on a baking tray.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy and golden.
4. Prepare the Fresh Salad
In a bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently.

Plate the sticky chicken wings alongside crispy fries.
